Atlas Copco GA 37 (FF 37⁺) Oil-injected Air Compressor
$7,000.00
A 37 kW fixed speed screw compressor offered in two branches — the GA 37 and the GA 37+ with its larger element — across four pressure versions at each supply frequency. Contact Sekes with your model and the working pressure on the network, and we will confirm the right build and send the quotation.
The Atlas Copco GA 37 is the 37 kW (50 hp) fixed speed oil-injected screw compressor in the GA 30+-90 series. Two branches share the platform: the GA 37 itself and the GA 37+ build with a larger compression element. Both come as a Pack or as a Full Feature unit with the refrigerant dryer factory fitted. Pressure versions cover 7.5, 8.5, 10, and 13 bar at 50 Hz, while 60 Hz plants choose among 100, 125, 150, and 175 psig nameplates. Every figure from the official tables appears below, so the branch and version can be matched to the duty before requesting a quotation.
Each machine ships as one pre-assembled package. The screw element, enclosed gear transmission, coolers, oil system, and Elektronikon controller are mounted and tested together on a single base frame, so installation needs a level floor, a power connection, and an air outlet.
Especificaciones técnicas
Capacity follows ISO 1217, Annex C, Edition 4:2009. FAD is referenced to 7 bar on the 7.5 bar build and 8 bar on the 8.5 bar build. The 10 bar build references 9.5 bar, and the 13 bar build 12.5 bar.

Every version draws on the same 37 kW (50 hp) motor. At 50 Hz the Pack weighs 683 kg (1506 lb) and the Full Feature build 853 kg (1881 lb). The plus branch carries 777 kg and 943 kg at the same stages. Sound readings are taken at the work station according to ISO 2151 and ISO 9614, with a 3 dB(A) uncertainty, and both branches read 67 dB(A).
60 Hz Versions
For 60 Hz markets the same two branches appear under psig nameplates, measured per ISO 1217 with the footnotes and reference conditions of the 50 Hz tables.

Motor rating and sound level stay identical across the two supplies. The 60 Hz base packages weigh slightly more, at 698 kg (1539 lb) for the Pack and 868 kg (1914 lb) with Full Feature. The plus branch keeps its 777 kg and 943 kg figures on both frequencies, and installation drawings should follow the frequency actually ordered.

The GA 37+ Branch
Behind the unchanged 37 kW (50 hp) motor rating, the plus branch mounts a larger compression element. Output rises from 116 to 126 l/s (245 to 266 cfm) on the 7.5 bar build and from 100 to 107 l/s (212 to 227 cfm) on the 10 bar build. On the 13 bar build the two branches print 88 and 89 l/s, so the plus advantage concentrates in the lower and middle pressure versions. The branch adds 94 kg as a Pack and 90 kg with Full Feature, the trade-off for the bigger element and its oil circuit.
The build suits plants that draw steady load close to the machine rating. Both branches hold the work station reading at 67 dB(A) on every version.

Pack and Full Feature Builds
Every branch ships either as a Pack or as a Full Feature unit. The Pack footprint is 1310 × 890 × 1790 mm (depth × width × height), compact enough for standard doorways. The Full Feature build extends depth to 1810 mm: the integrated refrigerant dryer, its filtration, and the electronic condensate drain ride on the same frame, wired and piped in the factory. At reference conditions the dryer holds a pressure dewpoint of 2°C to 3°C (36°F to 37°F).
An energy recovery module is offered across the series. It routes compression heat toward water heating or process duty rather than the cooler exhaust, turning a large share of the absorbed power back into useful warmth.

Installation Footprint and Service Access
The 890 mm wide canopy passes standard doors and parks against a wall or in a row of units. Acoustic material lines every panel, and the work station level stays at 67 dB(A) across branches and pressure versions.
Routine service points gather behind panels on one side at standing height. An enclosed gear train connects the motor to the element without belts to tension or couplings to align, and one synthetic oil circuit lubricates, seals, and cools in a single pass.
Where the GA 37 Fits
The 7.5 bar and 8.5 bar builds serve textiles, blowing, and general plant air. The 10 bar build matches assembly lines and packaging. The 13 bar build carries injection molding and high-pressure tool networks. Fixed speed logic rewards sites whose consumption stays level through the day. Operations with swinging demand should compare the variable speed route, for example the GA 37 VSD of the same series or the Compresor de aire con inyección de aceite Atlas Copco GA 250 range.

GA 37 FAQ
How do the two branches differ?
The plus branch fits a bigger element behind the same 37 kW (50 hp) motor. Output rises from 116 to 126 l/s on the 7.5 bar build, while on 13 bar the two versions deliver 88 and 89 l/s. Sound stays at 67 dB(A) either way.
Which pressure version fits my plant?
Pick the lowest version that covers the highest pressure consumer on site. Options run 7.5, 8.5, 10, or 13 bar at 50 Hz, or 100, 125, 150, and 175 psig at 60 Hz.
How much air does the family produce?
Across branches and pressure versions the 50 Hz range spans 88 to 126 l/s (187 to 266 cfm), referenced to ISO 1217, Annex C.
What does Full Feature include?
An integrated refrigerant dryer, filtration, and an electronic condensate drain, factory assembled on the same frame. Depth grows from 1310 to 1810 mm while the 890 mm width and 1790 mm height stay put.
What does the package weigh?
At 50 Hz the Pack weighs 683 kg and Full Feature 853 kg; the plus builds carry 777 kg and 943 kg. The 60 Hz base packages weigh 698 kg and 868 kg.
Can the machine give its heat back?
Yes. An energy recovery module is offered in the series and routes compression heat toward water heating or process duty instead of venting it.
